Our aftercare service includes a free annual hearing test, so you can rest assured that all the instruments we sell are providing you maximum benefit, and we can adjust these to any changes in your hearing. We’re always happy to hear from our clients, and encourage all clients to contact us at anytime if they experience ongoing hearing problems.
Every instrument we provide comes complete with a two year guarantee, which is also extendable. In addition to this all our hearing aids and instruments are supplied with a 30 day extendable money back basis.
We believe in our slogan, “Old Fashioned Service With Modern Technology”, and strive to operate around this. We firmly believe that this differentiates us from other hearing centres, as we treat all our customers as individuals and take care to provide them with the right product.
Being members of the AIHHP and the British Society Of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) we consistently adhere to the high standards set out by both and even belong to the BSHAA'’s customer care assurance scheme. Since April 2010 we have also come under the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC) who also have governance controls on ethical standards, which we abide by.
