Industrial Hearing Test

This act resulted in more employees than ever before having their hearing professionally examined in a thorough industrial hearing test exam.

How The Test Works

Industrial Hearing Test

An industrial hearing test comprises of examining the current hearing abilities of an employee, and comparing the results against category figures set out by HSE. Through this process we can examine whether the employee has suffered hearing loss and how to protect their hearing for the future.

Taking around 20 minutes the hearing test is quick and easy and safeguards an employees hearing for at least another 12 months. We conduct both an examination of the ear and an aural test, and recommend the best options for hearing protection. Once the industry hearing test has been completed is will have to be repeated ever 12 months for another two years, and then every 3 years, as stated by law.
